Investigators are often overwhelmed by the sheer volume of digital data they need to process, including PDFs, bank statements, images, and more. Traditional tools struggle to handle this complexity effectively, resulting in time delays and reduced efficiency. Scope's challenge was to create a seamless and intuitive platform that allows investigators to work faster and with greater accuracy, while maintaining strict data security protocols.
Objective
Our design process began with in-depth user research, including interviews with investigators and law enforcement professionals, to understand their workflows and pain points.
